Refund policy

Damaged Goods

We are very accurate in checking all our items before they are dispatched, however, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us within 24 hours at info@decorista.ae After this period of time, it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.  

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full-face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  • Credit card refund to the full-face amount of the item(s) purchased less any outward shipping costs. (free in the UAE)
  • Store credit to the full value of the returned item less outward shipping costs
  • Promotional Items will be refunded as store credit less outward and return shipping costs

Late or missing refunds – if you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please also contact your bank and confirm with them how long processing the payment might take. If after this, you cannot trace your refund , please contact us at info@decorista.ae for follow up.

Damaged Goods/Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched but If an item in your Order is received damaged by you or is not what you ordered, then please inform us on info@decorista.ae and we will arrange for collection and return of the item to us at our cost. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 7 days of receipt for a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacement may be available. Please contact us on info@decorista.ae  if you believe your goods have a manufacturing defect.

General Conditions Applicable to Returns

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.

Decorista is not liable for holding times of packages by customs in the country goods are shipped to.

Exchanges

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges automatically. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items. We are always happy to discuss options so please contact us on info@decorista.ae to discuss if re-ordering is not convenient.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel the order if you decide you no longer want the item purchased. In case you want to cancel your order please email immediately info@decorista.ae 

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel your order and we will refund you.

Please note that the Cancellation policy is not applicable on custom-made and pre-ordered items.
